1. Who can use the App
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law).
- If you are under the age of majority, you must have parental or guardian consent.
- You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. The Service (including AI Health Chat)
The App provides health-related information and tools, including AI Health Chat
that may generate responses based on your inputs.
- No medical advice. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses,
or treatment. Content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional
medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any
questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
- No emergencies. Do not use the App for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical
emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
- Accuracy & availability. We do not guarantee that any information, suggestions, or outputs are
accurate,
complete, or appropriate for your situation.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials;
- all activities that occur under your account;
- providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
We offer auto-renewing subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) that
provide access to premium features. Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play
account at purchase confirmation.
Renewal & cancellation
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term unless canceled at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Free trials
If offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless
you cancel
at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a
subscription.
Pricing changes
We may change prices for subscriptions or introduce new charges. If required by
applicable store rules,
we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent. Price changes take effect at the next billing
period.
Refunds
All billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, as applicable. To request a

We cannot directly issue or manage refunds for payments made through the stores.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control and to
access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- use the Service to develop competing models, products, or services;
- upload content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or violates others’ rights or
privacy;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or bypass security or usage limits;
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable health, privacy, or data protection laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
User content & feedback
You may submit prompts, messages, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User
Content,
but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate, provide,
maintain, and
improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us
the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written permission.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, analytics, AI model
providers, app stores).
We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms
and privacy policies.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either
express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages,
or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data,
use,
goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b)
any
unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any
bugs,
viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party;
or
(d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use
of
any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall
Adarcrom Corporation Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or
licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any
conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service;
and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on
warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have
been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adarcrom Corporation Ltd and its affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims,
liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Apple App Store & Google Play terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to their respective
terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App. To the extent any
of these Terms conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms of Service, or applicable
store
policies, the store terms will control for the portions of the App distributed through that store.
Changes to the Service or Terms
TWe may modify or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) and may update these Terms from time to
time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app notice or by updating the “Effective
date” above).
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if
necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature
should survive termination (e.g., Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.
